40493 Media Handler MDH: Picker is unable to remove a single slip sheet from dual-stack job, unlock doors and manually remove the top slip sheet from active bay For an early version of NWS the picker was constrained such that it must keep the slip sheet rollers down on both sides when picking. This meant it was unable to remove a single slip sheet from a dual-stack job without severly scratching the other plate. Remove slip sheet from top of stack in the bay This error is reported.
